Pruning is generally safe for most tree species throughout the year, without causing harm. However, there are some exceptions. If you have specific concerns about a particular species, do not hesitate to get in touch and we will be able to assist.

Legally, you are allowed to trim any branches that extend over your property boundary, but we highly recommend discussing your plans with your neighbour beforehand to maintain good relations.

Even though the tree belongs to you, it may be protected by a tree preservation order or situated in a conservation area. Performing any work on a protected tree without the necessary consent from your local council can lead to severe fines. As part of our service, we can organise all required permissions. We work closely with councils every day, allowing us to streamline the process.

Not always. We recommend sending us a photo for assessment, or we might need to visit the site in person.

All team members possess current NPTC and LANTRA certifications and qualifications. We are also proud members of the Arboricultural Association.

Unlike many other tree surgeons in London, Treehab does not impose a minimum charge. Instead, each tree is evaluated individually.
